Dear Ms. Sakach,
SUBJECT: USE OF IFRAME TAGS ON YOUR SITES

I became aware that both iloveinns.com and bnbinns.com site make universal use of the <iframe> tag In individual listings. Ultimately, this tag makes it look like that your sites sent a visitor to a listed Website, when in fact it is just someone viewing a listing on your sites. In essence you are achieving a click-through rate and artificially inflating referrals from your sites, a somewhat questionable practice. I am sure that you will defend this practice as being only an attempt by you to pre-load the page in order for it to be viewed faster. Unfortunately, this is a feeble excuse, considering the sinister use of the tag.

If you have trouble understanding the above, please pass it on to your Webmaster.

I would like you to remove these tags from all your listings by December 13, 2004. If you do not, I am prepared to escalate this Issue. I am sure that you are aware or the potential impact this might have on your business, as the Inn keeping community discovers your practice.

Sincerely Yours,
Inn Keeper
